The Social Security Institution has Blocked the Selection of Missing Day Reason for 07-Payroll Records.
According to the announcement made by the SSI dated 20.11.2023,
In the event that employers coding “07-Payroll Records” as the reason for missing days determine the number of premium days based only on the entry and exit hours in the payroll records and divide the total number of working hours by seven and a half hours without a part-time employment contract and report it to the SSI;
- It is not possible to accept the accuracy of these notifications,
- The number of premium days will be accepted as one full day even if the working time in the scorecard of the insured who do not have a part-time employment contract is one hour
- In this way, by accepting that the insured who work on 6 days of the week are entitled to a week holiday on the 7th day, the missing periods should be completed to 30 days regardless of whether the month is 28, 30 or 31 days
explained.
In this context, it was announced that in the Withholding and Premium Service Declaration notifications, it was prevented to select “07-Payroll Records”, which is one of the reasons for missing work by employers for insured persons who did not work at all during the month and were reported with (0) days (0) earnings.
